Every match updates your rating with math designed for doubles pickleball, so your number means something on the court.

Scale
0–100
Everyone starts at 50. Your rating is published after 10 games.
Margin
11–3 > 11–9
Winning 11–3 moves your rating more than 11–9. Games to 11, 15, or 21 all count. Close matches still count. Dominant wins count more.
Doubles
Floor first
Team ratings weight your weaker partner, because in doubles the floor matters.
Reliability
After 10 games
Once published, a reliability score shows how settled your rating is. Time away makes it less certain; playing brings it back.
